Standard Delivery

£5.99 for orders under £50 to UK Mainland postcodes.
Free shipping on orders over £50 (excluding Large Wall Clocks, Wall Art, Medium & Large items, Furniture, and Garden Furniture).
Delivery is Monday–Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays).
A signature is required upon delivery. Updates will be provided via email or text by DPD or Royal Mail.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for items left in a nominated safe place.

Express Delivery (24hr)

£7.99 per order.
Orders placed by 1:00 PM Monday–Thursday will arrive the next day.
Orders placed by 1:00 PM Friday–Saturday will arrive the following Monday.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Saturday will be delivered within two days.
Not available for remote postcodes (see below*).
If you need urgent delivery after the 1:00 PM cut-off, please contact us at 01329 665511, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Click & Collect (In-store)

FREE for all orders.
Orders are usually ready for collection within two hours, but please wait for a notification during busy periods.
Collect from the counter at the front of our Stubbington store.
Collection hours: Monday– Saturday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am-4pm and Christmas Eve 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Furniture & Garden Furniture Delivery Charges
Due to the size and weight of these items, delivery charges are as follows:

Medium items: £15
Large items: £30

Some furniture items may be delivered directly from our suppliers via their dropship service or hand-delivered by a member of the Lulu Loves Home team.

International Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
