Online and In-Store Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund. In some cases, an exchange or credit note may be provided. Please email customerservice@lululoveshome.co.uk for assistance.
Returns Guidelines
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers are eligible for a full refund within this timeframe if the items are faulty or unusable.
- All returned items must be in unused, original condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items not meeting these conditions or for items damaged during return transit. For fragile items, please ensure they are packaged securely. Contact us for advice if needed.
- Non-refundable items: Earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items:
- Showing obvious signs of use.
- Not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons outside our error.
Postage
Postage costs are non-refundable for returns based on personal preference (e.g., not liking the product). We cannot refund courier fees already fulfilled.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@lululoveshome.co.uk
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage, including all packaging.
- Do not return damaged items without our instructions. If we require the item back, we will inform you and refund postage costs for confirmed faulty items.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged within the 30-day period.
Extended Holiday Returns
For purchases made between October 1st and December 24th, the return deadline is extended to January 15th.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you’ve changed your mind:
- Return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Ensure the item is in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
- For fragile items, ensure they are securely packed.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact us at customerservice@lululoveshome.co.uk for guidance.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 working days of receiving the return. We will notify you via email once your refund has been completed.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
- Contact us promptly to make changes to or cancel your order. We can update the delivery address, remove items, or cancel the order if it hasn’t been dispatched.
- If the order has already been dispatched, follow the standard returns process.
Returning Online Orders In-Store
Web orders can be returned in-store; however, PayPal payments can only be refunded online by our administrators. This will be processed within three working days, and you will receive an email confirmation. PayPal purchases can be exchanged in-store for a credit note or another item.
Refunds for Undeliverable Items
In rare cases, we may refund you if we are unable to deliver an item. This could happen if the last item in stock is damaged or unsuitable for delivery. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a refund.
