Frequently asked questions

Do I light the candle under the warmer?

No. Keep the candle wick unlit when using the warmer; the lamp provides the heat from above.

Is the glass shade clear or amber?

The shade is clear ribbed glass. Warm illumination can give it an amber appearance when the bulb is on.

Which bulb and candle size should I use?

Use only the bulb specification and compatible candle sizes stated in the supplied product instructions. Please contact us before ordering if you need these details confirmed.
