Frequently Asked Questions

What size tissue box does this cover fit?

This cover is designed to fit a standard square tissue box. The internal dimensions are approximately 14cm x 14cm x 16cm — we recommend checking your tissue box dimensions before purchasing to ensure a good fit.

Is this suitable for use in a bathroom?

Yes, it works beautifully in a bathroom setting. As with all natural rattan, we recommend keeping it away from direct water splashes and excessive moisture to preserve the fibres and weave over time.

Will this match other rattan pieces in my home?

The natural rattan tone is consistent across the Wickham Artisan Weave collection, making it easy to mix and match with our other rattan accessories for a cohesive, considered look throughout your home.

How do I clean it?

Wipe gently with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or submerging in water, as prolonged moisture can affect the natural weave over time.

Does this make a good gift?

It makes a lovely housewarming or birthday gift — practical, beautifully made, and the sort of thing people rarely buy for themselves but always appreciate receiving.
